Claire and John are the most accommodating hotel owners. Our 1st day there John put £1 in the kids games machine in their main lounge for my son and nephew to play. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning with a full English and John even cooked hash browns and beans for our 1 year old son each morning too. We had evening meals in the hotel too a few times and couldn't fault the food at all. We will definitely be returning to the Newburn Hotel it's ideally situated a stones throw from pleasure beach and a short walk from the sea front and south pier.

Absolutely fabulous stay again this year we dropped in lucky last year and our stay was amazing so we decided to return this year and again an amazing stay. Jez is a great host and he goes out of his way for us and he is fantastic with the kids which is a must to me. We have already booked for next year. I would recommend to all. Jez thanks for another fantastic stay and see you next year or maybe sooner.

2nd time here in 6 weeks , fantastic place for a chill , or anything you want as many things to do on the door step beach 3 minutes walk , clean rooms very pleasant place , breakfast really is the best around , also had a fantastic mixed grill in the evening in hotel big thank you to John n Claire who own it , wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Blackpool can’t speak any highly about it .... ps thanks for the extra beans this morning John
