Such a warm and inviting bed and BREAKFAST (emphasis on the breakfast), Jane's breakfasts are the fuel you need to fill your holidays to the brim. The kindness and humour they both share have you wanting to stay there indefinitely. The rooms are so clean and the views are great! The Croyden is a museum of tokens gifted by previous guests which shows the extent of how much their guests appreciate the service they provide. We can't wait to go back!!

Had a lovely stay Room was spotless host were fantastic lovely warm welcome nothing to much trouble best breakfast we've had at Blackpool . Will definitely stay here again great location tram stop at end of road . Lights were great this year .

Great hotel! We spent 3 nights here as a family and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Jane and Steve are simply fantastic hosts and the hotel is immaculate. Breakfast is out of this world, beds are comfy and it's in a perfect location in North Shore with a tram stop directly over the road. The price was great for May Bank Holiday. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
