Firstly we would recommend downloading the local tourist board’s events guide for the year, to be found here. Blackpool hosts such national events as the British National Dance Championships, Cheerleader Championship and Bus Driver Championships. There are a plethora of sporting events, such as Triathlons and Marathons, not mention fun runs. Add to this winter and summer gala events, music events, balls, conferences, art exhibitions and you could spend a year in Blackpool at just the events!
