People are lovely very friendly and welcoming. Rooms reflect the price. Your on holiday and only need a place to sleep and wash. Ive had a lovely time here and had absalutly nothing to complain about. Situated 2 minutes round the corner from blackpool south train station. Close to pleasure beach. Has the heritage cafe and a convenience store just around the corner. Its been a perfect time spent here. And i would recommend to anyone looking to stay who's traveling by train. The owners are friendly and will help you in anyway possible

Only a short walk from the main blackpool strip. The bed was very comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of room to move around. The room itself was a little tired and ready for an update but for the price , cannot complain. Staff where friendly and welcoming.

And can definitely recommend the "uncooked contintal breakfast" - cereal selection, 2 slices of toast, 3 fresh pancakes and a croissant... Plus a full jug of orange juice on the table and tea or coffee - all for a great price!
