The best in Blackpool. Lovely clean rooms provided in happy and friendly atmosphere. Amazing quality service from very professional and helpful friendly staff. Safe and warm stay guaranteed. Made to feel very welcome by the very warm and lovely Laura upon arrival, And special mention must be given to the wonderful helpful support and service from Jakub on the 24 hour reception. Definitely my only go to hotel when in the resort after trying them all pretty much. Top marks, great value and great safe place and environment for single mums and youngsters. Outstanding.

Booked a hotel on booking.com the hotel we booked couldn't accommodate us so the new royal Windsor stepped up and accommodated us and was a fab stay we have stayed in a couple of places in Blackpool and not had a great experience but have to say the new royal Windsor was fab and the lady on reception was really good and informative and she was fantastic with us and our little dog

We stayed here the weekend just gone our booking was very last minute due to a dreaded experience of a hotel just up the road from here. On arrival the man on the front desk was very polite and respectful informed us of the evening entertainment that was scheduled. There is also a pool table within the bar area
